Our own direct integration. Built in-house, live in production.

We built our integration framework ourselves. It connects VoIP International to 70+ CRMs, helpdesks, field service tools, and vertical-specific platforms today — powering click-to-dial from any web page, caller screen pops that surface the right customer record, and automatic call logging into your CRM. No third-party plugin licensing, no per-platform middleware fees, no dependency on a partner whose roadmap isn't ours.

Some platforms work natively out of the box. Others integrate via webhook or Zapier-mediated workflows. A small number of niche or closed-platform applications cannot be integrated and require manual workflows or export-based reporting instead.

The honest answer for any specific platform: ask us during your quote conversation. We'll tell you exactly what level of integration is available, what works, and what doesn't — rather than promising features that fall apart at go-live.

What integration looks like

Three behaviors most teams want.

When sales teams, customer service, dispatch, or front-office staff say they want "phone-CRM integration," they usually mean one of these three things.

Click-to-dial

Click any phone number on a web page, in your CRM, on a spreadsheet, or in your email signature — and your desk phone, softphone, or mobile rings the contact directly. No re-typing, no dial-pad mistakes.

Screen pops on inbound calls

When a known contact calls, their customer record opens automatically — with previous notes, open tickets, recent orders, or whatever context your CRM is tracking. Answer the call already knowing who you're talking to.

Auto-logged call activity

Every inbound and outbound call posts as an activity to the matching customer record automatically. No more manual call notes, no more "did anyone follow up?" Calls and outcomes live in the CRM, visible to the whole team.

By industry

What we typically integrate, by vertical.

A high-level guide to the kinds of platforms our customers ask about most often. Specific integration availability and capability varies — ask during your quote conversation for your exact platform.

CRM & sales platforms

Mainstream CRMs used by inside sales and account management teams — Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and similar — integrate well with click-to-dial, screen pops, and call logging. Ask about your specific platform.

Helpdesk & ticketing

Customer service platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom typically integrate with screen pops on inbound calls and ticket-creation workflows. Agent productivity gains here are real.

Field service & dispatch

Field service management tools used by HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trades — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge — vary in integration depth. Some support full screen pops; others use webhook-driven workflows.

Property management & real estate

Property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager) and real estate platforms (Follow Up Boss) are common requests. Integration availability varies by platform's openness; we'll tell you which works.

Legal & insurance

Legal practice management (Clio, MyCase) and insurance agency platforms (AMS360) are typical requests. Most support call logging and click-to-dial; screen pops vary by platform.

Healthcare & practice management

EHR and practice management platforms typically use webhook or export workflows for HIPAA compliance. Direct screen-pop integration is uncommon. We'll tell you what's possible for your specific platform.

Honest, by design.

  • We don't claim "1,000+ integrations": Most providers list every platform Zapier touches and call it an integration. We won't. If we say something integrates, we mean click-to-dial, screen pops, or auto-logging works for real on that platform.
  • Specific capability is platform-dependent: Some platforms expose APIs that let our integration framework do all three behaviors. Others only allow one or two. A few don't expose anything useful, in which case there's no integration to claim — just honest workflow alternatives.
  • Built in-house, not licensed: Our integration is something we own and improve directly. We're not reselling a third-party plugin or paying middleware fees that get passed through to your bill. When a platform partner ships a breaking change, we fix it on our timeline, not someone else's.
  • Zapier and webhooks fill the gaps: When direct integration isn't available, we can usually wire up event-driven workflows via Zapier or webhooks — like "log a completed call as a Salesforce activity" or "send a follow-up email after a voicemail." This costs a Zapier subscription on your side, but works.
  • What we tell sales reps before they commit: Bring us the name of every platform you want connected. We will check each one, tell you what's available, and quote it line by line. No vague "yeah, that works" promises that fall apart on go-live.
