If an agent leaves, can they take their client calls with them?
No — this is one of the main reasons brokerages choose Pro Mobile over BYOD. The phone number lives on the brokerage's account, not the agent's personal carrier. When the agent leaves, the number can be reassigned to a new agent on the same team, transferred to the team lead, or routed to AI Receptionist for triage. Client relationships stay with the brokerage.
Can agents text clients from their work number instead of their personal cell?
Yes. Pro Mobile lines support business SMS and MMS. Agents text from the business number, conversations log to the phone system, and personal texts stay on the personal line. Same separation as calls.
We have 35 agents across 2 offices. Can the system handle multi-office routing?
Yes. Multi-location is one of our standard patterns. Each office gets its own phone numbers; calls route based on which number was dialed; agents use the same phone system regardless of which office they're closest to.
Do you integrate with other real estate CRMs?
Follow Up Boss is our deepest direct integration. For kvCORE, BoomTown, Sierra Interactive, Wise Agent, and other platforms, we typically integrate via SIP/CTI rather than first-party API. We can confirm specifics during evaluation if you're on a different platform.
What's the typical brokerage migration timeline?
Most 20-50 agent brokerages migrate in 2 to 3 weeks. Week 1: requirements gathering, Follow Up Boss setup, Pro Mobile eSIM provisioning. Week 2: number porting in batches with dual-line during cutover. Week 3: training and post-cutover support. We do not charge implementation fees for standard brokerage deployments.
