The discovery call is a 15-to-30-minute conversation, not a sales pitch. We're trying to understand your operation so we can recommend the right setup. Here's what we usually walk through:
- What phone system you have today, what's working, and what isn't
- How many users, locations, and what kind of operation (office, field, hybrid)
- Which of our products fit (Phone Service, Pro Mobile, AI Receptionist, vFAX, SIP Trunking)
- Which CRM, EMR, or business platform you're integrating with
- Timeline expectations and any compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- A high-level price range so you know whether to keep talking
No-pressure, no-pipeline-spam commitment.
We don't have a sales team that calls you 18 times in two weeks. We don't enroll you in an automated email sequence the moment you submit the form. We don't pass your contact info to "trusted partners."
If we're a fit for your operation, we'll know fast — and so will you. If we're not, we'll tell you directly, and we'll often point you to a competitor that is a better fit. Time is everyone's most valuable resource.
