Every phone we ship is pre-provisioned to your account before it leaves us. No on-site configuration, no IT consultant required. Plug it in, the phone registers, and it's live.

Each user plugs in Ethernet, the phone registers, and they're live. Ten-minute walkthrough call if needed.

How hardware pricing works.

We're not running a hardware cart. Hardware is quoted as part of your discovery conversation, because the right phones depend on roles, room layouts, and service tier — and because we want to make sure you're getting the right gear, not just the cheapest line item.

  • Quotes are line-item — every phone, every accessory, every shipping charge spelled out
  • Volume credits apply for fleets of 10+ phones
  • Customers signing service agreements can finance hardware over the contract term
  • Existing SIP-compatible Yealink hardware you already own can usually be reprovisioned at no charge
  • Warranty coverage is real — we handle RMA coordination directly with the manufacturer for you

Straightforward by design.

  • Prices shown are manufacturer suggested retail (MSRP). Your actual price depends on quantity, bundle, provisioning scope, and shipping. We quote it conversationally rather than playing pricing games on the website.
  • We don't push hardware unnecessarily. If a softphone on your existing computer or mobile phone fits your role, that's free with Phone Service — and we'll tell you when that's the better answer than a desk phone.
  • One-time cost, not a lease. Customers own their hardware outright. We don't do hardware-as-a-service rentals that lock you into long contracts to recover the phone cost.
  • Warranty support is real. All new Yealink units carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. We handle RMA coordination for you — you don't deal directly with Yealink for replacements.
  • What we don't carry: Grandstream (we retired it), no-name imports, or hardware we can't reliably support. The lineup above reflects what we'll actually stand behind.
