What is VoIP Insights?

VoIP Insights is AI call intelligence built into VoIP International phone service. After each call, it automatically produces a full transcript, a plain-English summary, extracted action items, sentiment classification, and topic tags — typically within minutes — in a live dashboard scoped to your business. It works on every call type we carry: desk phones, the VoIP International desktop and mobile app, and Pro Mobile cellular lines. Because VoIP International operates the phone platform itself, there's nothing to integrate: intelligence is a feature of the line, enabled per extension or per department, on the bill you already receive. For healthcare, dental, and other regulated practices, our compliance tier keeps transcription entirely in-house.

Does it work on cell phones?

Yes — on Pro Mobile lines. The Pro Mobile SIM or eSIM makes the cell phone a true extension of our phone system, so those calls get the same recording and AI intelligence as a desk phone, with no forwarding tricks. Lines from outside carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) aren't on our platform, so they're not covered — switching that line to Pro Mobile is how you bring it in.
