What You Actually Get

Every feature. Both plans. No paywall.

Most providers split features across three or four tiers. We don't. The list below is included on every user, on both plans. The only thing that changes between Per-Minute and Unlimited is how outbound calling is metered.

Inbound & outbound calling

US and Canada coverage, carrier-grade routing, native E911 support on every line.

Business SMS & MMS

Two-way texting from desk, desktop, and mobile. Group threads. Media attachments.

Voicemail to email

Voicemails arrive as audio files in email and the apps. Searchable, forwardable, exportable. Text transcription available as a paid add-on for accounts that need it.

Call recording

On-demand or always-on, per user or per group. Stored, exported, or retained by policy.

Auto-attendant & IVR

Multi-level menus, time-of-day routing, holiday schedules. Configured from the portal.

Ring groups & hunt routing

Round-robin, simultaneous, longest-idle. Skill-based routing on Unlimited.

Call queues

Hold music, position announcements, callback options, supervisor visibility.

CRM & helpdesk integration

Click-to-dial, screen pops, call logging. 100+ platforms supported out of the box.

Number porting

Bring your existing numbers. Port-in is $15 per number, never per minute, never per month.

Conference bridge

Dial-in conference rooms per user or per team. PIN-protected, recordable.

Time-of-day routing

Calls hit different destinations at different hours. Multiple schedules per number.

Mobile & desktop apps

Your extension on every device — desk phone, desktop softphone, and mobile app, all in sync.

Works Everywhere

One identity. Every device.

The same business number rings on the desk phone, the desktop app, the browser tab, and the mobile app — at the same time. Pick up whichever is closest. The line follows.

Incoming call (555) 100-2034 Desk phone Office or remote Desktop app Mac & Windows Browser No install required Mobile app iOS & Android

Pick up on any device. Move calls between devices mid-conversation. Same number, same identity, every time.

Which Plan Fits

The math on Per-Minute vs. Unlimited.

Per-Minute starts at $17/user plus $0.025 per outbound minute. Unlimited is $32/user flat. The crossover is roughly 600 outbound minutes per user per month. Below that, Per-Minute saves money. Above it, Unlimited does — and it removes the math.

$15 $25 $35 $45 $55 0 300 600 600 900 1,200 1,500 Outbound minutes per user per month Monthly cost per user Per-Minute Unlimited CROSSOVER ~600 min

Pick Per-Minute if:

Your team makes fewer than ~600 outbound minutes per user per month, or your call volume varies month to month. Inbound calls are always free — only outbound is metered.

Pick Unlimited if:

Your team makes calls every day, you want a single flat invoice line, or you'd rather not track minutes. The 5,000 outbound minute soft cap covers ~28 calls per business day per user.

Switch between plans at any time. We don't lock plan changes behind contracts or migration fees.

Straightforward by design.

  • Soft caps, not hard cutoffs: The Unlimited plan's 5,000 outbound minute cap is a fair-use threshold. Excess outbound minutes are metered at the published $0.025/min rate, never disconnected.
  • Reasonable-use SMS: Business SMS and MMS included on both plans for normal business communication. We don't enforce hard SMS caps. Customers using SMS for bulk marketing or A2P messaging at scale will need an SMS A2P registration and pricing conversation.
  • No required contracts: Month-to-month is the default, and the only way we sell. No long-term contracts and no early-termination fees, ever.
  • Real number portability: Bring your existing business numbers in for $15 per number. Take them with you on exit for the same — we don't hold numbers hostage.
  • What we don't promise: We don't promise zero downtime. We promise carrier-grade routing, geo-redundancy, and transparent status when something does go wrong.
  • E911 registration is mandatory: You must register and keep current the physical service address for every line. Failure to maintain accurate registered location may result in inaccurate 911 routing. 911 calls placed from unauthorized numbers, or from a line whose registered address does not match the actual calling location, incur a non-refundable $150 fee per call to cover dispatch correction and regulatory cost. Keeping addresses current and provisioning E911 properly are customer responsibilities.

Built for these industries

Our phone service is built for SMB operations across most industries. Some verticals where we have dedicated guides and direct CRM integrations:

Common Questions About Our Phone Service

Honest answers about pricing, porting, and what's actually included.

How much does business phone service cost per user?

Two plans. The $17 per user per month plan is metered: outbound calls are $0.025 per minute and inbound calls are free. The $32 per user per month plan is all-inclusive: unlimited US and Canada calling, no per-minute charges. Both plans include the same features — auto attendant, call queues, voicemail to email, mobile and desktop apps, and direct CRM integration.

Do you charge extra for SMS and MMS?

Business SMS and MMS are included on both phone service plans on a reasonable-use basis. We do not publish hard message caps or overage rates because our usage reporting is not yet at the point where we can bill granularly for it. If your business sends very high volumes of text messages — for example, marketing campaigns to thousands of recipients — we will let you know if your usage falls outside normal business patterns.

Is voicemail transcription included?

Voicemail to email — receiving voicemails as audio files in your inbox — is included on both plans. Voicemail text transcription is a paid add-on, not a free included feature. Long-call transcription costs scale unpredictably, so we keep it as an optional add-on rather than bundling it into the base price.

What does it cost to port my existing phone numbers?

Number porting is $15 per number, both in and out. This is the same price whether you are moving numbers to us or moving them away later. Porting typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your current carrier.

Are phone numbers included in the plan price?

Phone numbers (DIDs) are billed separately at $10 per number per month, at the account level. Your plan price covers each user seat — calling, features, and apps. You add as many numbers as your business needs, and most businesses need fewer numbers than users, since one number can route to a queue, an auto-attendant, or a whole team. Bringing existing numbers in is $15 per number (porting).

Do you require an annual contract?

No. Phone service is month to month. There is no annual contract requirement, no early termination fee, and no per-seat minimum.

What happens if someone accidentally dials 911 from the wrong location?

FCC rules under Kari's Law and Ray Baum's Act require that the address registered to each phone line matches the actual physical location of the device when 911 is dialed. If a 911 call comes from an unauthorized number, or from a line whose registered address does not match where the call originated, there is a $150 non-refundable E911 misdial fee per call. This is a regulatory cost we pass through, not a profit center — it applies anytime emergency services are dispatched to a wrong address.

Do you support skills-based call routing?

We support Round Robin, Ring All, Longest Idle, and Least Recent Call routing strategies. We do not currently support skills-based routing — that is, automatically routing calls based on agent skills tagged in the system. If skills-based routing is a hard requirement for your operation, let us know during evaluation.

Can I keep my existing desk phones, or do I need new ones?

Most modern SIP-compatible desk phones will work with our service. We officially support and carry Yealink phones. If you have phones from another manufacturer, we can usually provision them, but we provide best-effort support for non-Yealink hardware. For new deployments we recommend Yealink models from our hardware lineup.
