How it works

Setup uses ServiceTitan's V2 API with OAuth 2.0. The integration reads and writes against the same data your team already uses in ServiceTitan.

Authorize the connection

Your ServiceTitan administrator authorizes our integration through ServiceTitan's OAuth 2.0 flow. You approve the scopes we use — read customer and job data, write call activity.

Map your operational setup

We connect to ServiceTitan's V2 API to read customers, jobs, estimates, and members. You decide which fields drive screen pops — membership tier, balance, last service date, current job status.

Roll out to dispatch, CSRs, and techs

CSRs and dispatchers get click-to-call inside ServiceTitan. Technicians get Pro Mobile cellular lines. Inbound calls open the right customer and job record on the desktop or mobile phone.

Will the integration interfere with ServiceTitan's call tracking?

ServiceTitan has its own internal call tracking features that some teams use. The two can coexist — our integration writes call records to customer and job profiles independently, and you can configure how the two are reconciled if you're using both. Most teams use one or the other depending on what they prefer.

Do my technicians need to install an app on their phone?

No. Pro Mobile uses eSIM — the business line lives in the native phone dialer alongside the personal line. Technicians use the same Phone app they already use, just with a second business line.

What does the integration cost?

Nothing extra on the integration side. ServiceTitan integration is bundled with our phone service plans ($17 or $32 per user per month). Pro Mobile is priced separately ($42 to $62 per user per month) if technicians need cellular business lines.

Will the integration handle high call volume during peak season?

Yes. ServiceTitan's V2 API is built for production-scale traffic. We read and write call data live, not in scheduled batches, so the integration stays in sync even during peak demand.

Can we route inbound calls based on customer tier or membership status?

Yes. The integration reads customer membership and account status from ServiceTitan, which can drive routing logic on our side — for example, priority routing for premium members or members with a current open job. Routing rules are configured during onboarding.

Does this work for multi-location operations?

Yes. Multi-location operations get one phone system across every office, with calls properly routed and tagged to the right location and tenant in ServiceTitan.

How long does setup take?

Most ServiceTitan customers are live within a week. The OAuth authorization is fast; field mapping, routing configuration, and Pro Mobile activation for technicians take the rest of the time.
