Pro Mobile

Stop missing calls in the field.

A real cellular business line on a personal phone — not an app, not a softphone over Wi-Fi. Calls connect where every "business phone app" drops them: basements, elevators, job sites, rural routes.

Smartphones used as company-owned business mobile lines
Cellular, Not App

Pro Mobile is a real phone line. Most "business phones" aren't.

The common pattern in business communications is a softphone app — calls routed over Wi-Fi or mobile data, handled by an app the employee has to open, log into, and keep alive in the background. That model fails the moment connectivity does. Pro Mobile takes a different approach.

A Business Phone App

Calls ride on Wi-Fi or mobile data, through software.

  • Drops calls in basements, elevators, parking garages, and weak-signal zones
  • Misses calls when the app closes, crashes, or loses background permission
  • Sounds robotic when data is congested or jittery
  • Burns battery faster than a native phone line
  • Requires the employee to remember to launch it
  • Texts route through the app — not the device's native messaging
Pro Mobile

Calls ride on the cellular voice network, like any other line.

  • Connects wherever the carrier network reaches — same as a personal cell line
  • Rings the phone natively. Nothing to launch, nothing to keep alive
  • Voice quality matches the carrier's standard wireless voice service
  • No extra battery drain from a background app
  • Texts come through the phone's native messaging app
  • The business owns the number, the contacts, and the call history

Pro Mobile provisions via eSIM on the employee's existing phone. The line is a real wireless line — not a VoIP overlay riding on whatever connectivity happens to be available.

The Math

A real business line for less than the typical allowance.

Most companies pay employees an allowance because they want them reachable on a business number — but the number ends up living on a personal device the company doesn't control. Pro Mobile gives you a real cellular business line for less than the allowance, with the number, contacts, and call history owned by the business.

Who Uses It

Three roles. Three tiers. One platform.

Pro Mobile is priced to match how different roles actually use their phones. Match the tier to the job — not the other way around.

Pro Mobile Voice — $42

Field technician

Already has a personal phone they trust. Just needs a business line that rings on the same device, over the carrier network — so calls connect at the job site even when the Wi-Fi doesn't reach. No second phone to carry, no IT project, no app to babysit.

Pro Mobile 10GB or 20GB — $48–$54

Sales rep

High call volume, heavy SMS, and CRM routing on the road. Calls log automatically against the right account record. When a rep leaves, the number — and every relationship attached to it — stays.

Pro Mobile Unlimited — $62

Executive

The phone is the primary office. Unlimited high-speed data, no overage anxiety, priority support. When travel ramps up, the line keeps up. Spend visibility lives on one consolidated invoice.

Dual SIM, One Phone

Personal stays personal. Business stays with the business.

Modern smartphones run two cellular lines side by side — a physical SIM and an eSIM. The personal line stays where it's always been. The business line lives on the eSIM slot, with its own number and its own carrier connection.

Employees keep using the phone they already own. The business owns the line, the number, and the customer relationships attached to it. When the role changes, the line transfers — the phone doesn't.

Get Started

Straightforward by design.

  • Cellular, not VoIP: Pro Mobile is a real wireless line — voice rides the cellular voice network, not over Wi-Fi or data. Coverage matches the carrier network in your area.
  • Device compatibility: Works on iPhone XS and newer, plus most Android flagships from 2019 onward. Phones must be carrier-unlocked in the US — locked carrier phones cannot accept a second eSIM line. Older devices without eSIM support can use a physical SIM*.
  • * Physical SIM: Subject to additional cost. We order physical SIMs from the carrier and pass through both the SIM cost and shipping charges. Most customers stick with eSIM.
  • Network coverage: Pro Mobile rides on a tier-1 US wireless network. 5G available where supported by the device and the network.
  • International roaming: Use your line across 39 countries at no extra charge. 120+ more available on demand via international Day Pass — 24-hour passes for unlimited voice, text, and 1GB data. Ask during quote for the current country list.
  • Data caps: 10GB and 20GB plans throttle to slower speeds after the cap; calls and texts continue unaffected. Unlimited is truly unlimited on calls, texts, and standard data.
  • Hotspot: 10GB and 20GB plans include reasonable hotspot use; Unlimited caps hotspot at 5GB per month.
  • What we don't promise: We won't dodge fair-use rules to win an account. Heavy or commercial-grade hotspot use needs a different product, and we'll tell you that up front.

Common Questions About Pro Mobile

Honest answers about how Pro Mobile actually works on real phones.

What is Pro Mobile and how is it different from a regular business phone app?

Pro Mobile gives each employee a dedicated business cellular line that lives on their personal phone as a second line via eSIM. It is not an app. The business line works in the native phone dialer alongside their personal line. Calls placed from the business line show the business number, calls received come in on the business line, and the company controls the number — not the employee.

How much does Pro Mobile cost per user?

Four tiers. Voice and second-SIM-only is $42 per user per month. With 10 GB of primary data, $48. With 20 GB of primary data, $54. Unlimited data, $62. All tiers include unlimited talk and text in the US.

Does my employee's phone need to be unlocked?

Yes. Pro Mobile uses eSIM, which requires the phone to be carrier-unlocked. Most US carrier phones become unlocked once they are paid off or after a set period with the carrier. Locked carrier phones cannot accept a second eSIM line. If a phone does not support eSIM, a physical SIM card is available for an additional cost (passed through from the carrier plus shipping).

Does Pro Mobile work when employees travel internationally?

Pro Mobile includes service across 17 home countries year-round and 22 additional home-away countries for up to 90 days per 365-day period at no extra charge. For travel beyond those countries, an International Day Pass is available in 120+ additional countries on a per-day basis.

What happens to the business number if the employee leaves?

The number stays with the company. Because the business line is on a Pro Mobile eSIM owned by the company, the line is deactivated when the employee leaves and reassigned to the next person in the role. Customer relationships built on that number stay with the business. This is one of the main reasons companies adopt Pro Mobile — eliminating the risk that customer contacts walk out the door when an employee resigns.

Can Pro Mobile replace our cell phone allowance program?

For most teams, yes. A typical cell phone allowance runs $75 to $150 per employee per month. Pro Mobile ranges from $42 to $62 per user per month for a real business line — typically $150 to $1,300 per user per year in savings depending on which allowance tier and Pro Mobile tier you compare. Beyond the dollar savings, you also remove the BYOD reimbursement compliance exposure that comes with paying employees to use their personal phones for work.

Are calls and messages on Pro Mobile recorded or logged?

Business calls placed and received on the Pro Mobile line are logged in the business phone system the same way office calls would be. Personal calls placed from the employee's personal line on the same device are not visible to the company. The two lines are separate. Call recording for business calls follows the same one-party / two-party consent rules and customer-configured recording settings as our office phone service.

Is Pro Mobile HIPAA compliant?

Pro Mobile is built to meet HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks for business communications. HIPAA compliance also depends on how your organization configures call recording, voicemail storage, and access controls, and on the BAA we put in place during onboarding. If HIPAA compliance matters for your deployment, raise it during evaluation so we configure correctly from day one.
