A phone system that fits how field service teams use Jobber
Click to call any Jobber client directly from the platform. Inbound calls open the matching client and job record before you answer. Pro Mobile gives every technician a real business line on their phone — no app required.
What the Jobber integration does
Four capabilities built specifically for how field service teams work. Honest scope on what the integration does.
Click-to-call from Jobber
Phone numbers on client records, requests, quotes, and jobs become clickable. One click places the call from your office phone, desktop app, or technician mobile line.
Client and job screen pops
When a client calls, Jobber opens to their profile and active jobs automatically. Your office team sees what's open before they answer — quote in progress, job scheduled, invoice outstanding.
Calls log to client records
Business calls write back to Jobber automatically. Office and technician calls both log against the right client record so the communication history stays complete.
Pro Mobile for technicians
Every technician gets a real business cellular line via Pro Mobile. Calls placed to clients show the business number, not a personal cell. Customers stay with the company when employees leave.
How it works
Setup uses Jobber's official GraphQL API with OAuth 2.0 authorization. Jobber's API supports the read and write operations we need.
Authorize the integration
Your Jobber administrator grants access through Jobber's OAuth 2.0 flow. You explicitly approve the scopes — read client records, write call activity. No passwords are shared with us.
Map your field setup
We connect to Jobber's GraphQL API to read clients, requests, quotes, jobs, and invoices. You configure which Jobber fields drive screen pops and what appears during a call.
Roll out to your team
Office team gets click-to-call from inside Jobber. Technicians get Pro Mobile lines on their personal phones. Inbound calls open the right Jobber record on whoever answers.
No separate integration fee.
The Jobber integration is included with phone service. You pay for the phone service plan — $17 or $32 per user per month — and the integration is bundled in.
Who this is for
The Jobber integration is built for these field service businesses.
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn care, and other field service companies running on Jobber
- Teams with 2 to 50+ field technicians who answer client calls in the field
- Operations where the office and the field both need to see client history
- Companies that want to eliminate personal-cell-phone allowances and put every tech on a real business line
- Multi-trade contractors using Jobber to manage multiple service lines
Common questions about the Jobber integration
Honest answers about scope, requirements, and what's actually included.
Does the integration work with all Jobber plans?
The integration uses Jobber's public API. API access is generally available across Jobber's paid plans. If you are on the lowest-tier Jobber plan, verify with Jobber that API access is enabled — most plans include it.
Do my technicians need to install another app?
No. Pro Mobile uses eSIM — the business line lives in the native phone dialer alongside the personal line. Technicians make and answer business calls from the regular phone app, not a separate softphone.
What does the integration cost?
Nothing on top of phone service. The Jobber integration is bundled with our phone service plans. Pro Mobile is priced separately ($42 to $62 per user per month depending on tier).
Can clients still call the technician's personal number after a service call?
Only if the technician gave it to them — which is exactly the problem Pro Mobile solves. With Pro Mobile, the technician's business calls come from a company-owned number. If the technician leaves, the number stays with the business and the client relationships go to the next person in the role.
How does the integration handle calls about specific jobs?
Inbound calls match against the client's primary phone number on record in Jobber. The screen pop shows the client and their active jobs. For job-specific routing — like a dedicated number per job — that is not part of the standard integration; talk to us if that is a requirement.
Does Jobber send a webhook when something changes that we should know about?
Yes — Jobber supports webhooks. We use these to keep the integration in sync without polling, which is faster and easier on Jobber's API limits.
How long does setup take?
Most Jobber customers are live within a few business days. OAuth authorization takes minutes; configuration and Pro Mobile activation for technicians take the rest of the time.
