This integration uses Housecall Pro's public API and webhooks, which are available only on the Housecall Pro MAX plan. If you are on the Basic, Essentials, or Plus plan, the integration cannot connect to your Housecall Pro account until you upgrade to MAX. Pro Mobile for technicians
Every technician gets a real business cellular line via Pro Mobile. Calls show the company's number, not the technician's personal cell. When a tech leaves, customer relationships stay with the company.

Setup uses Housecall Pro's public REST API and webhooks — both available on the Housecall Pro MAX plan.
Confirm MAX plan access
Verify with Housecall Pro that your account is on the MAX plan and API access is enabled. This is the gating step — if you are on a lower tier, talk to Housecall Pro about upgrading before we begin technical integration.
Authorize the connection
Your Housecall Pro administrator generates the API credentials and authorizes our integration. We test the connection and confirm webhook delivery.
Roll out to your team
Office staff and CSRs get click-to-call from inside Housecall Pro. Field technicians get Pro Mobile cellular lines. Inbound calls open the right customer record on whoever answers.

The Housecall Pro integration is included with phone service. You pay for the phone service plan — $17 or $32 per user per month — and the integration is bundled in.

Why does this integration require the MAX plan?
Housecall Pro restricts public API access and webhook delivery to the MAX plan tier. This is Housecall Pro's policy, not ours. On Basic, Essentials, or Plus, there is no API connection point for our phone system to integrate with, so the integration cannot function. The MAX plan unlocks API access plus several other Housecall Pro features (advanced reporting, multi-office, etc.) that most teams ready for a real phone system also want.
Can I run the phone system without the integration if I'm on a lower Housecall Pro plan?
Yes. Our phone service works on its own — you just won't have the automatic click-to-call, screen pops, and call logging tied to Housecall Pro records. You can call customers manually and update Housecall Pro by hand. If you upgrade to MAX later, we activate the integration without changing anything else about your phone setup.
Does the integration work with Housecall Pro's franchise and multi-office configurations?
Yes, on the MAX plan tier that supports multi-office. Each location can have its own phone setup with calls properly tagged to the right location in Housecall Pro.
What does the integration cost?
Nothing on our side beyond the phone service itself ($17 or $32 per user per month). Pro Mobile is priced separately ($42 to $62 per user per month). Housecall Pro's MAX plan pricing is set by Housecall Pro — you would need to confirm that with them.
Do my technicians need to install another app?
No. Pro Mobile uses eSIM — the business line lives in the native phone dialer alongside the personal line. Technicians use their normal Phone app, just with a second business line.
Will customers see the technician's personal cell phone number?
Not when calls go through Pro Mobile. Customer-facing calls show the company's business number. The technician's personal number stays private. This is one of the main reasons companies move to Pro Mobile — when a tech leaves, their customer relationships stay with the business.
How long does setup take?
Once MAX plan access is confirmed, most Housecall Pro customers are live within a week. The API authorization is fast; field mapping and Pro Mobile activation take the rest of the time.
