Straight answers before you buy
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month is available — you’re never locked in to start. Multi-year terms earn account credits if you want them.
Are there setup fees?
No. There’s no activation fee and no per-extension setup fee. Your first invoice includes your last month in advance, which covers your final month when you leave, so it’s never an extra charge. The optional one-time charges are number porting at $15 per number if you bring numbers with you, a $79 carrier registration if you add business texting (plus $10/mo to keep it active), and a $49 setup to connect WhatsApp to the AI Receptionist. Government surcharges are itemized separately on every invoice.
What does it cost to port my numbers?
$15 per number, in or out. No exit penalties and no slow-walking when you port away — the same price both directions.
What are the surcharges on my bill?
