Built by operators who've been on both sides of the phone.
VoIP International isn't a reseller wrapping someone else's platform. We hold direct carrier contracts, run our own PBX, and built the AI ourselves — because the people who run a business phone system day in and day out know what actually matters.
VoIP International LLC is a licensed telecommunications operator headquartered in Ocoee, Florida. We provide hosted business phone service, Pro Mobile eSIM business lines, AI-powered call handling, internet-based fax, SIP trunking, and integrations into the CRMs and field-service platforms our customers already use. We've been operating for decades, with customers across the United States and internationally, ranging from single-user practices to organizations with 100+ users.
Because the SMB telecom market deserves better.
Most "business VoIP" companies are resellers. They license a platform from someone else, mark up the price, and add a logo. When something breaks at 2 AM, the call escalates through layers — and the customer has no idea who actually owns the system that's not working.
We took a different path. Direct carrier contracts. Our own PBX platform. Our own AI receptionist stack built in-house. A real human answering the support line. Pricing that doesn't depend on hidden margin stacked through resale layers.
We're not the cheapest provider in the SMB telecom market. We're the one that can actually explain how your call gets from your phone to the person you're calling — and fix it directly when it doesn't.
Built without geographic limitations.
VoIP International was built specifically to operate without geographic limitations. Our principals live across the Central Florida region, with the Ocoee mailing address sitting between them. The Florida headquarters reflects where we live — not the limit of who we serve.
We have customers across the United States — from Florida to the I-4 and I-75 corridors covering Tampa, Jacksonville, Lake City, and beyond, and into other states. We provide DIDs and SIP service internationally to customers operating in multiple countries. Phone service, Pro Mobile, AI Receptionist, vFAX, and SIP trunking are available everywhere we provision — at the same pricing, on the same infrastructure, with the same direct customer access.
We have particular concentration in Central Florida because that's where we live, where our channel partner relationships are deepest, and where word-of-mouth has driven the largest share of our customer base. But the company was designed from day one to grow without geographic ceiling — and the customers we serve outside Florida prove that the model works at distance.
Four principles that shape how we work.
Honesty in positioning
If we can't do something, we say so. The website tells you what each integration tier actually means and where the limits are. Customers don't get surprised by features that didn't ship.
Operator economics
Direct carrier relationships, no resale layers, no platform-vendor margin stacked on top. Our pricing reflects what the service actually costs to deliver, plus a fair operating margin.
Carrier-grade voice
Voice quality, call completion rates, and routing reliability are the whole product. We don't compromise voice to ship a fancy dashboard, and we measure the network constantly.
Partner, not vendor
The companies that stay with us longest are the ones we help solve operational problems for, not just the ones we sell to. Real conversations beat polished pitch decks.
Two partners. Complementary expertise.
VoIP International is built by two co-equal partners with different backgrounds and the same end goal — a business communications platform that actually works the way customers need it to.
Earl Rusnak
Sales, marketing, and customer strategy
Earl runs the sales side of the business — discovery calls, quotes, channel partnerships, customer onboarding strategy. He's spent decades working with small and mid-sized businesses on their phone and communications setups.
Most of what's on this website — pricing rationale, vertical solutions, customer-facing positioning — reflects conversations Earl has had with hundreds of business owners about what they actually need.
Robert Riley
Chief Technology Officer
Robert built and runs the technology side of the business — the PBX platform, the carrier interconnects, the AI Receptionist stack, the integration plumbing, the customer portal.
When something breaks at 2 AM, Robert is one of the people who fixes it. That hands-on ownership is why we can say with a straight face that we operate our own platform — and why our AI Receptionist was built in-house rather than wrapped from another vendor.
Decisions at VoIP International require both partners' agreement. That structure keeps us honest with each other and, by extension, with customers.
The stack, end to end.
Most "business VoIP" companies operate a single layer of the stack and license everything else. We operate or directly contract for the pieces that matter:
- Carriers: direct interconnects for DIDs and call origination
- Mobile: direct eSIM/data partner for Pro Mobile lines
- PBX platform: hosted on our own infrastructure
- AI Receptionist: built in-house, not wrapped from a vendor
- Network & data: direct relationships for internet bundling
- Customer support: answered by people who built or operate the system
That ownership is what lets us debug a call quality issue in 30 minutes instead of opening a ticket with a vendor's vendor and waiting two weeks.
The next ten years won't look like the last ten.
What's on the horizon.
The SMB phone market is shifting. AI is replacing the dumb auto-attendant. Mobile is replacing the desk phone for entire workforces. Cell phone allowances are getting reframed as the operational and legal liability they actually are. Customers want one bill, one platform, one partner — not three vendors and four bills.
Our Pro Mobile product is the category-defining move in that shift: a real cellular business line on the rep's existing phone, with no app required. Most of our competitors don't offer anything like it.
Our AI Receptionist is the second move: a 24/7 capability priced for SMBs that most competitors can't afford to build because they don't operate their own stack.
Our channel partner program, currently being built, is the third: enabling MSPs and IT consultants to bring our platform to their customers as a real partner relationship rather than a reseller pass-through.
We're not trying to be the biggest provider in the market. We're trying to be the most useful one for businesses that take their communications seriously.
