We are not a HIPAA hosting platform or an EHR — we offer HIPAA-aligned phone service, which is a more bounded scope.
Do you integrate with Epic, Cerner, or athenahealth?
Those are large EHR platforms and we do not offer first-party direct integration with any of them. For practice management on the SMB side, ask us about your specific platform — we will tell you whether click-to-call and screen pops work in it. Yes. Each location gets its own phone numbers, calls route based on which number was dialed, and your staff uses the same phone system across all sites.
