A phone system built for field service companies

Direct Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro integration, dispatch-friendly call routing, AI Receptionist for after-hours emergency calls, and Pro Mobile lines for technicians who work outside the office all day.

What we offer for field service

The same product line we offer everywhere — phone service, AI receptionist, business cellular — configured for the operational patterns specific to field service.

Direct Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro integration

Calls log to the customer's job history. Inbound calls show the caller's job and service history when available. Built into standard phone service — not a paid add-on.

Dispatch-friendly call routing

Route new-customer calls, existing-job calls, and emergency calls to different queues, so dispatch is not fielding every call type through the same line.

AI Receptionist for after-hours emergency calls

$99/$199/$299 per month flat. Handles after-hours calls, captures the nature of the issue, and routes true emergencies (no heat, active leak, no power) to on-call staff instead of a generic voicemail.

Pro Mobile for technicians in the field

$42 to $62 per user per month. Real business cellular lines on personal phones. Outbound calls show the company number, not the technician's personal cell — the company owns the number if the technician leaves.

Call recording for quality and disputes

Per-line configurable recording with retention policies you control. Useful for reviewing how estimates were quoted and resolving billing disputes.

Cloud fax for permits and vendor paperwork

vFAX from $25/month. Permit applications, supplier documents, and inspection paperwork sent and received digitally.

Who this is for

Field service is broad. These are the operating patterns where our product line fits cleanly.

  • HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors
  • Home service businesses with dispatched technicians
  • Companies using Jobber, ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro
  • Operations needing after-hours emergency call coverage
  • Teams where every technician needs a business line, not a personal phone
  • Multi-crew operations covering more than one service area

Common questions about phone service for field service companies

Honest answers on integration depth, dispatch routing, and after-hours coverage.

Does the Jobber/ServiceTitan/Housecall Pro integration actually work, or is it just a compatibility claim?

It is a real integration. Inbound calls display the caller's job and service history when available, and calls log back to the platform with call details. Integration depth varies slightly by platform — ask us for the specific capability list for the one you use.

Can dispatch and new-customer calls ring to different lines?

Yes. Separate numbers or extensions route to different ring groups — one for new business, one for existing customers, one for after-hours emergencies handled by the AI Receptionist. This is standard configuration, not a custom project.

Can the AI Receptionist tell a real emergency from a routine service request?

It captures details from the caller and routes based on rules you define — for example, no heat, an active leak, or no power routes to an on-call technician immediately, while a routine request captures details for next-business-day scheduling.

We run crews across more than one service area. Does that complicate setup?

No. Multi-region is one of our standard patterns. Each service area gets its own numbers, calls route based on which number was dialed, and your team uses the same phone system across every area.

How does Pro Mobile work for a technician who is never in an office?

Each technician gets a real business cellular line on their personal phone via eSIM. Outbound calls show the company number, not their personal cell. Inbound business calls go to the business line; personal calls go to the personal line. The company retains the number if the technician leaves.

What does a typical field service setup cost?

A common setup: Phone Service at $32/user/month all-inclusive with job-platform integration, AI Receptionist Starter at $99/month flat for after-hours emergency coverage, and Pro Mobile for technicians at $42 to $62/user/month. Everything is on /pricing.
