Multi-location business phone service for Central Florida

Businesses operating across multiple Central Florida locations need one phone system that handles all of them — not separate accounts per office. We provision multi-site setups across Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Sanford, Kissimmee, Clermont, and beyond on a single platform with centralized routing and unified billing. The same multi-location capability extends nationally and internationally for customers whose operations span beyond Central Florida.

Multi-location is common in Central Florida. Property management firms operate across Orlando, Kissimmee, and Clermont. Medical and dental practices have grown from a single office to satellite locations across the metro. Field service contractors run out of multiple staging facilities. Professional services firms have downtown Orlando, Lake Mary, and Maitland offices. Real estate brokerages have agents distributed across multiple neighborhood offices.

For all of these operating models, the common requirement is one phone system that treats all locations as part of the same operation: phone numbers per location for local market presence, ring groups that span sites, centralized administration, and unified billing rather than per-site accounts. That is what this service is built for.

What we offer in Central Florida

The same product line we offer everywhere — phone service, business cellular, AI Receptionist, cloud fax, SIP trunking — with no geographic premium.

One phone system across all sites

Phone Service at $17/user/month metered or $32/user/month all-inclusive — same pricing regardless of location count.

Per-location phone numbers

Local Orlando (407, 321, 689), Lake County (352), Polk (863), and toll-free numbers — assign per-site, route based on number dialed.

Centralized ring groups and routing

Inbound calls can route to specific sites, across sites based on time of day, or to your AI Receptionist for overflow. Configured centrally, not per-site.

Pro Mobile for distributed teams

$42 to $62 per user per month. Field staff, traveling sales, regional managers — everyone gets a business cellular line on their personal phone that works regardless of which office they are nearest to.

Unified billing

One invoice covering all locations, broken down by site for internal cost allocation if you need it.

Why Central Florida businesses choose us

Local market presence, direct accountability, and published pricing.

One system, multiple sites — not per-site accounts

Many providers will sell you N separate accounts for N locations. We do not. One account, one phone system, all locations integrated.

Local presence in every site's area code

Customers in Lake Mary expect to call a 407 number. Customers in Sanford might expect a 407 or 689. Customers in Clermont may expect a 352. We assign appropriate local numbers per site.

Same pricing everywhere

The $32/user/month all-inclusive plan applies whether your team is in one office or seven. We do not bill differently based on location count or geographic spread within our service area.

Built by an operator that knows the geography

We are based in Ocoee. Our team has operated in Central Florida for decades and we understand the market mix — what verticals operate where, what area codes are expected in which counties, what the typical operating patterns look like.

Frequently asked questions about business phone service in Central Florida

Honest answers about service area, pricing, multi-location, and migration.

How does multi-location actually work technically?

One Odoo customer account, one phone system, one administrative panel. Each location gets its own phone number(s) — they can be local numbers from any area code we support. Inbound calls route based on which number was dialed. Outbound calls show the location's number as caller ID. Your staff uses the same desktop and mobile apps regardless of which location they are working from.

Can a call to one location be transferred to another?

Yes. Internal extension transfers work across locations the same way they work within a single office. A call ringing the Orlando office can be transferred to a colleague at the Lake Mary office with a four-digit extension dial. The customer experiences a normal transfer; the underlying call routes between sites transparently.

What if some locations want their own pricing model?

All locations under the same account run on the same pricing structure. If you have one office that uses the $32 all-inclusive plan and another that wants the $17 metered plan, that is fine — pricing applies per user, not per location. Mix and match as needed within the same phone system.

How does this work with multiple receptionists at different locations?

Each location can have its own receptionist or front-desk attendant. The AI Receptionist can also be configured per-location — different greeting, different routing, different after-hours handling. Or you can centralize: one main AI Receptionist that knows which location the caller wants and routes accordingly.

Can we add or remove locations as we scale?

Yes. There is no setup fee, no per-location minimum, and no contract penalty for adding or removing sites. Adding a new location is a configuration change plus number provisioning — typically a few business days.

Are there limits on how many locations or how many users per location?

We have customers with single-digit user counts and customers with 100+ users distributed across multiple sites. We have not hit a structural limit on either dimension within the SMB and mid-market segment.
